This is Updated version of Midhrastic enb or fallot New Vegas. Usually with ENBS like blackout you would download the file so in this case download Blackout pack for ENBseries v0194.

Finally, install the Fallout 3 Reanimated mod. This will be more difficult to install than previous mods (we won’t be using Nexus Mod Manager anymore) and is totally up to your preference. While the Vanilla Fallout 3 can be played on an intel hd4000 at low to medium settings. However, I will not remove it, because people have managed to make it work, even on Windows 10, with newer binaries.
